Conferences

The Kick off Conference for EUROSPHERE took place in Bergen on 14-16 February 2007.

In addition, EUROSPHERE organizes three large-scale international conferences.

The 2009 Conference was organized by the University of Osnabrück, in Osnabrück on 13-14 October 2009. In this conference, EUROSPHERE presented its theoretical and methodological approaches as well as the preliminary findings of its empirical analysis work in progress.

The 2010 Conference in Brussels is organized by the University of Bergen on 11-12 November. The conference program entails presentations of the EUROSPHERE project’s research findings, six keynote lectures by renowned scholars, roundtable discussions, and EUROSPHERE dissemination sessions, and EUROFORUMS that brings together EUROSPHERE researchers, policymakers and European civil society organizations.

The 2012 Conference is the project’s final conference and, it is organized by the University of Bergen in Brussels in autumn 2011 or spring 2012. It aims to disseminate the final results of the EUROSPHERE project.
